Question What to Do when the Non-Custodial Parent Leaves the State

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: ohio
My Ex and I have been divorced two years now. The judge granted our dissolution, but not the visitation agreement until my Ex went to the helping children cope with divorce seminar. It's been two years, he's left state and still has not taken the seminar. I've been nice and allowed him access to our kids, even though the judge said I did not have to. I'm the full custodial/residential parent of both kids, And his rights to them are very limited. what should I do, after him leaving state and not doing the seminar? What would be the necessary legal action against him?

If it's been two years without any action (including him visiting), you can ask the court to modify the current agreement.

But what are you trying to accomplish?
