My question involves a person located in the state of: NJ

I am on disability and have been having an issue with the resident manager and some of the neighbors screaming at me outside of my window. Also trigger the fire alarm at night. Banging the garage door at under my apartment and slamming the door on purpose. When confronted they pretend they have nothing to do with it. They park outside of my window and turn the music way up and just stand there looking at me daring me to call the police. I contacted them on a previous occasion and due to disclosure laws they were told who called. It got worse. His response to me when he confronted me was I didn't think you would call. I said what do you expect three days with the car wailing from 9-5. When I put the phone up to the closed window the police saw my point. Not sure how he got out of it. He said he has a family he has grandchildren, so don't harass me. If this is the owner or management company trying to get me out when I pay my rent what recourse do I have?

I am unable to walk and in a lot of pain. I need to rest and not cause any issue to my back. Any kinda of a treatment I receive is all for nothing since there is constant stress, and I cannot sleep at night with the issues. Most of these issue just happen to happen when it rains, snows, (which is when I feel pain from the injury the worse), and also when it's close to the due date to receive the rent. He is one angry and messed up man, with a lot of issues. Since I am unable to go out and about it's frustrating. What are my options? This is on purpose and they don't care. Passive aggressive behavior all because I am on disability with people yelling outside my window get a job. These people are unreal.
