My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: Tennessee

Last year I protested at an abortion clinic. I was arrested for disturbing the peace. My employer put me on an involuntary leave of absence even though what I did was not related to my employment or in the same county as my employer. The charge was dismissed outright with no punishment this year. The employer said I violated workplace policy because I was "unprofessional" and terminated my employment. I am in at will state and had no contract. Do I have a case for wrongful termination?
