Can I Get Emancipation

My question involves juvenile law in the State of: I'm 16 and my mother and I always fight about everything. Well she said she was going to get me emancipated, but I'm wondering if I need her consent to get emancipated or not?

Fighting with Mom is not enough to get you emancipated in ANY state, including the one you did not mention.

What state are you in?

Arguing with mom is not sufficient to be emancipated. But, your mom can let you live anywhere she wants so long as you are provided for and not breaking the law in some other way.
