My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: I would like to know if an employee that is part of a union that was wrongfully terminated, and that person files a grievance, and ultimately
takes it to Arbitration, and at that point offers to buy you out, does that look like, a person that should of lost his job? thank's.

Either the person will accept the buyout and close the books on the issue, or continue to press the matter.

As we have no facts to work with, we have no way of knowing if the claim of wrongful termination has any merit. The offer of a settlement is not, of itself, proof that the claim being settled has merit.
