Then it appears this was not for a Drug Free Workplace discount and state law is not applicable. That means ya got nothing. Even if there was a Safe Workplace violation, it would be an issue of premiums paid between employer and state. Not you. Therefore, unless you are a truck driver or in some safety sensitive position governed by Federal law, you have nothing period.
