There is some reason you were placed in foster care. Start taking responsibility for yourself and your actions, you can make this a good or bad experience.

Parents do NOT get to "agree" to let thier child go into foster care. The foster care system in all sates is VERY overcrowded, not to mention the fact that it is taxpayer supported.
Hating your family is NOT a reason to go into foster care, there has to be abuse or gross neglect, even then, the state CPS decides, not the parents or child.
If there is abuse or neglect you should talk to your school counselor, or Dr or go to CPS yourself.
If there isn't any provable abuse or neglect, do you have a relative that your parents would allow you to live with?

This minor didn't say "I'm in foster care". I think they're asking if they have any alternative to foster care if they try to move out at 15. I will await clarification.
