Default Probate in the South Pacific Islands

My question involves estate proceedings in the South Pacifc

I live in the US and the Administrator (my brother) of our land in the South Pacific is trying to force us to sell to a prospective buyer he struck an underlying deal with. How can I stop this action and protect my portion of my land? I don't want to sell.

You would need to consult an attorney on the island in question. Local law is going to apply.

Then say no and don't sign anything.

Presumably your name is on the deed so he can't sell it without your signature, right?

    So, what's the problem?
