Post Relationships Between Value Added Tax and Public Service Delegation (Translation)

    Hi everyone !

I'm a french female student in international trade law. I had to draft a final dissertation during summer holidays for a graduate given by my university. My subject relate to french tax law and public law. It is about VAT and public service delegation. I have just finish it, and, fortunately for me, I had to draft it in my native langage : french. But, I have to draft a back cover which a small summary in english, the same in french, and a table of content in french. However, the summary translation in english makes me problems. I did it and it takes only nine lines (with the software "Word", font "times new roman", size "12"), but, I don't know if everything is correct. I'm afraid of language mistakes, and that's why I registered on this legal forum.

I would like to know if a person whose mother tongue is english can help me by reading it and correct the language mistakes ? If there is some voluntary, does private messaging exists on this forum and how does it function ? I can't copy / paste my text directly on this thread, because every french universities use softwares to detect plagiarism. So, if I publish my text on public internet before giving it back to my teachers, my university will believes I cheated by copying a text which belongs to someone else.

    Thank you for yours answers

Please, can an administrator of the forum delete this post ? The dissertation was given back since a few month, it isn't usefull anymore. (Moreover, no one answered). I say delete, not only lock. Thank you.

For the third time (the first time was the previous post, and second an email to the administrator by the way of "contact us"), please, respect my will and delete this post and my account. Thank you. In my country, people can do it from their own. I don't understand why it's not possible here, and that's why I ask I to the administrator and moderator.

It doesn't work that way here. Threads and accounts are not deleted just because you want them to be.

Can you please told me how does it function ? It will be utterly surprising if the only solution, if we want to be censored (with deletion of thread and account), is to use insult or swearword instead of expressing a simple request. In France we have the "right to be forgotten" (droit à l'oubli) and can delete easily every data which concern ourselves on the Internet. It's more practical than violate deliberately the rules of the forum to obtain the same result.

You are physically in France. You came to a US law forum based out of the US, which is bound by US laws. These owner of this forum chooses not to delete what others post here and you agreed to it when you signed up. You probably don't wanna start a discussion on that silly right to be forgotten law.

    See this thread:

Why are you so concerned with the existence of this thread? Just walk away from it. Nothing identifies you specifically.

Pitching a fit will get you banned but your posts will still be here.
