Default How to Get a Child Support Payor's Address to a Child Support Agency

OK! So I applied for child support in indiana . My son father lives in Michigan. I recently received 1 check, now on that check it said that it was a warrant out for my child father.. How do I update them with the address for his father? Do I call some one in Indiana or in Michigan? What's the Chance of them actually picking him up?

Try contacting DCS and seeing if they'll accept the information from you.

I have no information on the warrant, including the identity of the state that issued it or its pickup radius. If its a Michigan warrant or an interstate warrant from Indiana that has been put in the interstate LEIN system, and the father is withing the pickup radius, then it's possible that he'll be picked up.
