"Why on earth would you want to answer this suit and get it all started up again?"

Ok, I'll take that to mean that I should not answer it because even though it is now owned by another law firm, who claim it is passed SOL, answering it could "re-activate" it somehow or extend the SOL. So I should wait at least 6 years from the date of its filing and then perhaps with the assistance of a lawyer ask the court to remove it for non prosecution I assume because it will be passed the SOL at that time. Thanks.

Another question.

With this suit sitting there, can any other dept collection co/law firm file for the same debt or does this suit block anyone else?
Can you be sued by two different law firms in separate filings for the same debt at the same time? I'm guessing and thinking no but I'd rather not guess.
