Default Proof of Service is Incomplete

My question involves a marriage in the state of:CA

I have been trying to get this into enter default for some time. getting denied quite a few times.

This time my "proof of service is incomplete."
3c you cant check both if you only provided return receipt.

My ex is in Canada and i returned the signed form fl 117. provided return receipt from the post office.

Question 3 C2 was checked as she is outside of CA and registered mail with return receipt was used.
C1 checked as that was proof that she received it.

    Why was this rejected?

We are at a stage where we just want to get this done.
I have filed i believe all the required docs, not sure if they were done correctly.
how much do you think it would cost to get a professional to finalize all this?

    thanks

If you can't get a simple proof of service correct, your 2336 packet is jacked up. I'll guarantee you that.

Go have a professional review your docs and finish it.
