My question involves a child custody case from the State of: kentucky
My husband and the child's mother have share joint custody, with my husband having residential custody and the child's mother receives standard visitation. During the last 2 years the child's behavior has become uncontrollable. The child's mother is constantly calling Social Services and law enforcement reporting false incidents. The child has been in two behavior centers, is currently seeing a physiatrist (taking medication for ODD, bipolar, and depression), seeing an impact plus therapist, and having counseling as a family with our church pastor.
The child had stated to several people that mom is the riot of the problem. I was informed about Parental alienation syndrome. I researched it and I believe PAS describes our situation to a T!!!!! Nothing is being done in the court system, however we are in the process of filing out if control petition on the child.
How do we get the judge to see that the child's behavior is being coached to her. And how do we handle things from here?
