My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: Washington
I bought a new car and was told that I could return it in 3 days if I was not satisfied. I took it back to the dealer in 2 days and stated that the transmission had problems. I was told that there was a recall on the software that I wasn't told about. I was also told that despite my being told that I could return the car, because the car was a transfer from another dealer, it couldn't be returned and that I had signed paperwork agreeing to that.
I spoke to the sales manager and he agreed I was given contradictory information but because I had signed the paperwork, I had no options.
