    Default How are Criminal Background Checks Performed

    My question involves criminal records for the state of: ILL
    hi guys I just wanted to know where do employers go to get your background ck do they go to the state department or do they go online and get it thru one of many websites as im applying for a health sector job and it only states that they will look in your state for convictions well mine is a federal

    There are as many answers to that as there are employers. Not all employers do it the same way.
