    Default H1 Visa Transfers and I-94

    hi,I have shifted from company A to Company B and company B has filed my H1 transfer in july 2013 and I m waiting for the result.Next thing is My passport expires in first week of October 2013 and so my I94 also.
    My question is as H1 transfer is done.I will apply for new passport but do I need to go out of US to for I94? or Will I get new I94 with my Visa transfer
    If yes which will be best option to go as I have less time?

    Please verify the date is 2013.
