    Default Reporting a False Government Site That Takes Money and Personal Info

    An Immigration site had taken my information without my idea of it.
    FIrst it makes itself looks like a government site who trying to help you fill out a form.
    Second it taken a huge amount of money just to fill out the form for you while you think you are paying them to the government.
    Third, when you find out they are not a government site. They had already taken your money and your informations.

    The most dangerous is not losing a huge amount of money to them but you don't know what they do with your informations.
    You may lose your identity some day after using this site.
    Any ways to ask them to delete all your personal informations?

    I feel my identity might be stolen by other people at any minute. Please help!

    I find many other victims also fall into this trap.
    They seem like very helpless to me.

    Thanks a lot!

    I asked them for refund on email and they said their supervisor will contact me with my phone number.
    And I also do not have time to answer their phone because I have work to do.
    And I wasn't expecting they collected my phone number for their self-use since I was sending my phone number to the government and they used it without my consent.

    I am very scared what they will do with my information in the future.

    This site make it looks like an official government site and taken my money
    and information without state to me clearly about what they truly are. Many
    others had fall for it and thinking their money sent to a real government.

    In the end, this site delayed many people's application and taken a lot of
    money from the people. Even more, they used the people's information for
    their own use.

    Anytime you see a 'dot' com it is not a governmental website. Here in the US it is 'dot' gov or 'dot' us, or maybe 'dot' org. but never 'dot' com. They are private websites. And this website is in Queensland AU.

    This from their homepage clearly states they are not a US Gov't agency in addition to them not having a .gov web address.

    Refund Policy

    A.Online Application Service ("Online Application Service")

    All Online Application Service refund requests must be within ninety (90) days from the original payment date.

    If an Online Application Service refund request is made before you click the "Print" button or "Submit" button if E-Filing your application, Company will refund the full Purchase Price of the Online Application Service. If an Online Application Service refund request is made after you click the "Print" button or "Submit" button if E-Filing your application, Company will not issue a refund since your customized form will have been successfully created and either delivered to you or, at your request, to the USCIS.

    B.DVDs, CDs, Books/Kits, Audiotapes, Videotapes or Other Physical Product ("Physical Product")

    If a Physical Product order is cancelled before the Physical Product ships out to you, Company will refund the full Purchase Price of the Physical Product.

    If a Physical Product order is cancelled after the Physical Product ships out to you, Company will not issue a refund. If you are mistakenly sent a different Physical Product than the Physical Product that you ordered, or if your Physical Product is defective upon receipt, Company will send you a replacement of the Physical Product that you ordered at no additional cost to you.

    C.Downloadable Kits or Products Excluding Online Application Service ("Downloadable Product")

    In order to be eligible for any sort of refund or exchange, you must contact Customer Care via telephone during regular business hours to cancel your order and initiate a refund request. Customer Care can be reached at the telephone number provided to you once you are logged in to the Application Center Home Page on the Website. You may also email Customer Care at cs@immigrationdirect.com and request that a representative from Customer Care contact you about a refund request at a telephone number that you provide in your email.
    No refund of any kind will be made on any product after ninety (90) days from the original payment date.
    Unless specifically stated to the contrary herein, all refunds will be calculated based on the Purchase Price paid at the time of purchase. Refunds for credit and debit card transactions are issued within fifteen (15) business days, however please be aware that it can take your bank up to five (5) additional business days for the credit transaction to post to your credit card or bank account.
    Company will not be liable for any refund amount due to technical problems on your computer, including but not limited to: printer malfunction, inability to install Adobe Acrobat Reader, and/or problems due to Internet connectivity.

    Doubtful. They appear to make their money as a go between to branch the gap between people not literate enough in English to manage the process themselves and to poor to hire a lawyer.
