    Default Contesting a Trust After Notice is Given

    My question involves estate proceedings in the state of: California

    Is a challenge to an exercise of power of appointment in a trust deemed to “contest the trust,” which would be time-bared once notice is given pursuant to Probate Code section 16061.7
