Default Requesting Discovery to a Different Mailing Address

My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Adams County, WA

I'm in the Seattle Area for the summer when I got a ticket in Othello coming from Pullman. My question is if my request lists my address that I get mail now in Seattle, will they send it there or to the address in Pullman which is the one on my drivers license? Also if they send it to the Pullman one is there a way I can use that to get out of the ticket? (They will probably just give another court date)

You will want to make sure that your address of record with the court is the correct address for your mail, and that you request discovery to be returned to the address at which you want to receive it.

I wouldn't bet on dismissal if there are two reasonable addresses material could be sent to. The Court is not going to sanction the prosecution if evidence is sent to the wrong address when there are two addresses.
