Not really... my step-grandmother's attorny keeps bringing up my uncle's wife and why she is one the suite. She keeps thinking she will have to sign off on the sale. My uncle inherited the property prior to marriage, and QC it to my grandmother (not step) while married. She just recorded it 2 years later. I'm wondering if I should be concerned at all.
