My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Okay so me and 3 other of my friends were just walking around at around 12 at night and we went to a elementary school and my friends saw a shed over by the playground and it was o'ready open and I didnt really want to go over there so I sort of stayed away and didn't go into the shed but they went over to the shed and there were try cycles inside of it so they took them out . There were cameras all around the place and I really dont like getting in trouble so much so i didn't want to take part in it but my friend was on the try cycle and told me to push him so i gave him a little push and thats pretty much as close as I got to the shed and then we left and they brought the try cycles with them and they were riding them down the side walk and a cop pulled up and stopped us. The took all our information and then took us home and told us that they were going to check out the video footage and see what happened and then they will call us the next day and tell me if i will be charged with anything. Btw im 16 and im just wondering if you guys think I will get charged with anything ? I didnt touch any of the stuff the took out and didnt go into the shed I just was to the side far away but close enough were you can see me on camera. Im thinking if they do charge me would I be charged with breaking and entering or burglary ? I dont know this whole situation is so dumb but I dont know how serious they will take this and if they will press charges on me because the only thing I did was pretty much be there.
Ugh im freaking out ..
