I have recently been accused of Discrimating against my female employees. My HR Department is investigating and several of my female employees have approached me to advise me that they have been interviewed by HR. All have told me that the employee that filed the complaint is on a witch hunt.

Should I get an attorney? Should i trust my company to handle it?
What do you think hiring an attorney is going to do? Your company isn't a court of law and therefore isn't obligated to let your attorney be present or have access to any investigation notes or have any input on the investigation or it's outcome.
