    Sure. I'd say short sleeves is better than sleeveless, but they're both allowed.

    Civil rights (pertaining to, a gun) isn't about what rights you claim you have but, instead, the contract (oath of office) of claiming you have a contract with that State (of texas) that, grants your allowance to have such a instrument. Without a signed oath of office (pertaining directly to the constitution of that state), you won't get redress to "carry" and have a the rights, of a non-convict.

    I think sleeveless is better depending upon the weather and climate....

    I disagree with all of you. The grand ol' State of TX is rather conservative and I think that long sleeves would be more than appropriate. They look better with the boots and 10 gallon hat...

    No, No.....Sleeveless can go well with boots and a 10 gallon hat....
