Default What Will Happen If You Don't Pay Off Your Back Rent

My question involves judgment recovery in the State of: Florida

I had court on the 3rd of July and was told I had to pay 1250 by the 7th or judge would sign a final judgement. I'm not sure what any of this means but I do not have 1250 to put in there by the 7th. I am a family of 6 with 4 small children and one on the way and it is nearly impossible for me to come up with that kind of money on short notice. What happens next and will I lose my house because of this?

Default Re: Judgement Due to Eviction

If you don't pay, then you're going to face eviction.

Have you tried getting help from the Salvation Army or similar?
