Default Ex Won't Retrieve Her Belongings

My question involves a marriage in the state of: Virginia

My ex-wife decided to leave me 2 1/2 years ago. She filed for divorce 1 1/2 years ago. The mediation agreement was signed January 2014 and the divorce was finalized last month. The mediation agreement required that she move out of our house by March 1 and that she could leave behind belongings until July 1. She moved out mid-February. It's now July 5 and she's making little effort to retrieve the remaining items (roughly 100 boxes of personal items, a picnic table, and a swing set). She wants me and her to go through "our things" together. I've already removed all of my stuff from hers and set aside all of her things in a room that she can get to from the outside without her having to come into the rest of the house. I think ultimately she wants me to dispose of whatever she decides she doesn't want. What are my options for either removing her belongings or encouraging her to remove her belongings without running afoul of the law? Thanks in advance.

    Use a little common sense.

Send her a letter giving her a deadline date after which you will dispose of everything.

If she doesn't pick up the stuff by the deadline, call the charity for a pick up or take it all to the nearest facility.

If you don't want to mess with the picnic table and swing set after the deadline, put a free ad on local Craigslist.

Don't keep anything, don't sell anything.
