My question involves restraining orders in the State of: Massachusetts

This is my situation, Recently broke up with girlfriend. Ex girlfriend then goes to the Lawrence District Court and takes out an abuse prevention order on 6/23. I was served 6/26, immediately got an attorney for 10 day hearing. On 7/1 I show up for the 10 day hearing with my lawyer, and my ex is not present at first call, nor was she present at second call. Judge calls me to hear the case, notices plantiff is not in attendance, and tells me that by law the plantiff has until 4:00PM that day to come into the court for the order, and if the plantiff does not to call the civil clerks office at 4:00PM and make sure the order was terminated. I called the clerks office and was informed that the order was terminated as of 4:00PM that day (7/1) and its closed. I breathe a sigh of relief. About an hour later, two officers from the town I now reside in serve me with another Abuse Prevention Order from her filed at 2:33PM on 7/1 at the Haverhill District Court.

My questions is, legally can she have two Abuse Prevention Orders filed against me since the district court she filed the first one with didnt terminate the first order until 4:00PM that day making it still active when she filed the second? And since there has been no contact and I have no idea where shes residing can I have the contesting paperwork served to her at her workplace?
