Come on...while I admit that this guy is a scumbag, the US has no jurisdiction to prosecute crimes committed in a foreign country. The US can and will extradite people at the request of a foreign government who is charging them with a crime (with some exceptions) but the US has no jurisdiction to charge someone in the US.

I know of a number of cases in CA where people have been prosecuted for engaging in sexual tourism. A single guy traveling to southeast Asia with a "guide," well, that's the M.O.
