Default Taking Surreptitious Pictures of Girls

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Unlawful surveillance In NYC。 I have taken a lot of pictures of girls(dressed)in public areas and i have been charged with this crime。Some picture has pictures of her back but like I said they were fully dressed and I have consistently took a few pics. All of these pictures are not fully focus in intimated parts and its a full body shot. There is also two witnesses that have seen me taking pictures of undressing and any private parts, however this is definitely not true. I have been told that this crime is a felony. Is there a chance of dismissing this case? Is there jury for all Felony class?

Without more info, you should contact a lawyer to defend you. We cannot evaluate your perversions online unless you post them.

And if you post your perversions online, the prosecutor might read it and use it against you.

    Hire a lawyer.

Here is the New York State statute about unlawful surveillance:

I believe that the surveillance has to take place in a location where the person being watched has an expectation of privacy.

If witnesses lied and said that the OP was surveilling women in private locations, then these witness statements may be all the police needed to charge the OP.

If the OP did not take unlawful pictures, then there may be no way for the OP to *prove* that he did not take these pictures. It's very difficult to prove a negative. If the witnesses lie in court, that lie may be enough to convict.
