Question Sexual Coercion and Statutory Rape

My question involves criminal law for the state of: New Hampshire
When I was 13, my 17 year old boyfriend coerced me into doing things I was not comfortable with and did not want to consent to. It was definitely sexual abuse, but I've witnessed too many friends watch their rapists being found "innocent" and I don't want to go to the police, really, because I know they won't believe I said no. If sexual conduct between us was illegal at this time, this might be a different story.
Since I was under the age of consent and he was over the age of consent, does this count as statutory rape? Or is statutory rape only between a minor and a legal adult?

First off, how long ago was this?

Second, if it was not sexual intercourse, what kind of activity was it?

New Hampshire has a Romeo/Juliet law. It is not a crime to engage in consensual sexual conduct short of penetration with a person over the age of 13 unless the defendant is at least five years older, and consensual penetration with a person over the age of 13 by a person within four years in age is a misdemeanor and the defendant is not required to register as a sex offender.

It appears to still be valid as a crime:

§ 11-37-8.1 First degree child molestation sexual assault. – A person is guilty of first degree child molestation sexual assault if he or she engages in sexual penetration with a person fourteen (14) years of age or under.

You can report it to the police, but, if he denies it ever occurred and you have no proof and no one can affirm that you ever stated this happened, then little may come of it.

You might also want to have your parents get you into counseling ASAP.
