Hi I was pulled over Wednesday 18th I have a small joint on me they found it and told me to come to the station Saturday to come get my ticket is there a law saying that if they don't give me my ticket in 3 buissnes days that the ticket is no good and it was like it never happen

You should start your own thread and indicate what state you are in, but frankly, I know of no state where criminal charges magically disappear after only three days. They most likely have a year to charge you. In fact, you can be charged even if they haven't given you the ticket at all.

Nope, no such thing in ohio. They have between six months and two years (depending on what they want to write the ticket for) to charge you (write the ticket). It doesn't go away just because you don't retrieve it. Eventually, they'll get it to you.
