Falsely Accused of Stealing After My Friend Wanted to Shoplift

My question involves criminal law for the state of: georgia

so I was atwalmart after dricing and stuff and we wanted to buy some studf right but my friend was like naww ill jist take it and i new that was a bad idea but he threatened me and stufd so i put it in my jacket and then checking out some fat giy is lirk i saw you take that and im lije naww man but he illegally aksed me to empty my pockets and shit and the police came.


Idk lol but im po'd cuz it wssnt my fault it wadnt my ideas. I got charged with shoplighting snd disorderly contact becaude i flipped the pig off. I gpt release on bail idk.


I wsnt to sue becuz i wss 100% profiled (im a collehe student and i heard him say he was jeslous becuz he dont got education) i felt bad at first but yeah. and becuz of that i cant get a job now prpbably.

I'm not sure what planet you're from, but on this planet there was nothing false about the store's accusation that you were stealing. Because... wait for it... you were stealing.

It may not have been your idea, but you were the one who hid the items you were trying to steal in your jacket, and you were the one who lied about it when you were caught. You are free to try to convince the prosecutor or a jury that you were so scared of your friend, you only stole because of your fear. I personally doubt that anybody is going to believe you.

If you chose to fight with a police officer, something that isn't exactly consistent with your claimed piety, that would be why you're charged with disorderly conduct.
