    Default Can You Discharge Court Fines in Chapter 7 Bankruptcy

    My question involves bankruptcy in the state of: CA. Can I discharge the fines due to the court? If yes, how I can do it? Thanks.

    No, you cannot. You have pay your criminal fines. See 11 USC Sec. 523(a)(7).
