Default Paced Speedometer Speeding Ticket in Washington

My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Washington

    Notes:
Drove around corner on highway offramp>onramp, and the WSP officer on a motorcycle ended up behind me from another onramp.
I did not go over 80 MPH, but that is hearsay at this point.
The officer does not state the length of time he "paced" me, but that I "sped away from him as he hit 80 MPH"...
I had immediately hit the brakes and slowed down to ~60-65 MPH after I saw him in my rearview mirror.

He did not use a radar or lidar unit. He estimated my speed based on his speedometer.

Any advice on a way to prove that this ticket is invalid?

He ticketed you for 80+, and you appear to be telling us that you were driving at 80 MPH. Is that what you're telling us?
