Thumbs down Classifiying Workers as Exempt to Avoid Overtime Pay

My question involves workers compensation law for the state of: GA

I would like to know how an employer may claim that you are a exempt worker, at a position of CSR, covering the huge amount of OT they claim should not be paid, not being turned into comp time?
After checking the Dept of Labor's list of exempt positions that apply to that status, only administrative position would come close but unfortunately, my position doesn't fit the title, nor the description of the duties.

What are my resources to fight this abusive behaviour?

Thanks to anyone who can help
