My question involves employment and labor law for the state of: CA
i work for a company that provides customer relations services to a larger corporation. We are a group of 10 or so. This thursday, the client is having a special meeting for all regional reps and is requesting that the entire building is vaccated an hour early.
We are now being requested from our employer to either get here an hour early, or use our PTO. Is this right?
I can't find anything in the employee handbook that discusses what the notice should be for these types of situiations.
