Default I Have an Appointment with California Labor Board, Should I Bring an Attorney

My question involves employment and labor law for the state of: California. My past employer paid me an hourly wage, but called me salaried. I believe to avoid paying overtime. I had a title but no authority to make decisions, and I worked side by side with everyone else. I worked a minimum of 60 to 90 hours a week. I have an appointment with the Labor board in a few weeks, should if bring an attorney?

There's no need for that at the moment. Wage claims with the state are specifically set up so that an attorney is not needed.
