The USCIS has a customer assistance number you can call with that question. You'll find it on their website.
What do you mean, have her name in your passport?I have married to a us citizen I 130 was filed by her should I have her name in my passport as my wife?
If you are not yet a citizen, you are not yet eligible for a US passport. Even if you were, her name would only appear on your passport application as your spouse, not on the passport itself. If you wanted to note her as an emergency contact, you would do so on page 4 of the US passport book, in pencil. Otherwise, your spouse is irrelevant to your actual passport document - it's meant to identify YOU, not anyone else.
