Your relatives have lived with you for how long? What, if anything, have they paid you as rent or otherwise contributed to the cost of the apartment, utilities, or related expenses?
Your statement "Neither of us have... proof of rent being paid besides texts" suggests that you have charged them rent, and that they have text messages that document that you charged them rent -- if so, they're your tenants and you can't summarily evict them. You must give proper notice and, if they don't move, evict them through the courts at the end of the notice period. The police won't care that your tenant stayed past an agreed date. That's a civil matter to be resolved by you through the issuance of a proper notice to quit and, if necessary, an eviction lawsuit.
