So "allegedly" this is whats going on. A place where i worked there was a employee that had a check book taking from his desk. it was a locked office that me along with at least a few other people had keys too. so we were all questioned, and i lost myjob, not sure about the others. so lets say "i did take it" and just gave it to someone else then never touched it again, i never did anything with them AT ALL!! some other people )3 all together and i know all of them) they wrote checks, put them in atms, and got the money out. at least one of them has been charged with 2county forgery and recieving. now ive been told they have a warrant out for me. i know they dont have me on anything as far as getting money goes, i didnt have anything to do with that. also theres no cameras or anything for them to know who it was that took the check book. so if theres no video or anything else, that makes me think maybe they are trying to charge me with taking the check book, but the only thing they could have is someone else talking, and it would have to be someone that in with the case itself. if theres no video or anything to show that i really took it, and it ended up being their word against mine, and they are already guilty of the same thing, can i be convicted on those ground alone?
