Default Can You Discharge Court Fees in Chapter 7 Bankruptcy

My question involves bankruptcy in the state of: CA.Can I discharge court order fee during chapter 7 BK. I included my court order debt account on my application when I filled chapter 7 BK. That account was opened in state tax Franchise board and was discharged. Now I received letter from court that took my state refund and sent to the court to pay my outstanding fee. When I contacted with court they said it stay payable. Can you explain to me off court debt fee can be discharged and if yes what I need to do?

Are we talking about a parking ticket? A speeding ticket? Fees from a criminal case?

Disturbing the peace is a criminal offense. Were you convicted and then had to pay a fine that you didn't?

If that's the case, no, they can't be discharged.

Are they fines you are paying to the court? If so, how did you apply for and have your conviction expunged when you had fines outstanding? Please confirm if this is restitution being paid to the victim or if these are fines due to the court
