Default Bills not listed and discharge in bankruptcy

I have a lot of questions:
I am filing for ch 7 bankruptcy and just finished the credit counseling online and they're faxing the certificate to my lawyer who will then file. I had listed what was on my credit report and also a few medical bills and other debts i owe that were not on my credit report.
i did not list that i owe the cable company, electric and many more medical bills from the past that were not listed on my credit report because i do not have those bills with me and don't know how much i owe them.
Do I have to list them even though they're not on my credit report and should I in case they show up later? Or will they be automatically be charged off even though i did not list them? is it too late to let my lawyer know about them? do i have to show documentation that i owe them money sine they are not on my credit report?
I don't want to have something negative show up later that can potentially ruin my credit all over again.
i hope this made sense. any help or advice will be much appreciated.

Go to this site and get a free report. http://www.experian.com/
If anything on the report shows up that you did not list then yes, contact your lawyer and email the additional items to your bankruptcy. Tonight. And call in the morning to make sure he/she got the email to add to your report.

Don't you have to have your signiture on those before they are completed?

If you don't include your debts in the bankruptcy, they won't be included in any discharge or repayment plan. You'll continue to owe the full amount. So talk to your lawyer and get your creditors listed.

You need to give your attorney a list of all of your debts. If you are behind on your cable and electric, but still have active accounts and are still receiving their services, you will need to make payment arrangements with them to continue service. I believe the only way past due amounts would be discharged in bankruptcy would be if the service had been disconnected and any unpaid balance charged off or in collections as a bad debt.

thanks you for your responses. i am no longer receiving service from those utilities so i will call my lawyer this morning and have her add those. will i have to provide any paperwork to back it up? the hospital bills are so many that might take a while i think. i have not seen them on any credit report.
I cant delay this any more days since there is a judgment against me from a credit card. if i have to go forward quickly will i be in trouble if i dont add those things, i mean legally? i kind of have no choice at this point.

You shouldn't be in "trouble" if you neglect to include debts in your bankruptcy - unless by "trouble" you mean that you will still be liable for those debts, and subject to collection action and possible additional negative entries on your credit report, even after bankruptcy.

If your petition and schedules have already been filed with the bankruptcy court, your attorney can file amended schedules to include any debts you have overlooked. If you don't have back-up documents for specific debts, just provide your attorney with your best, good faith estimate of any outstanding balances due....the most important thing is to at least identify all the creditors to whom you owe money. You will need to provide the last known address for all such creditors, if possible since the bankruptcy court will serve them all with notice of your bankruptcy petition and schedules.....they then can dispute any amounts owed that you have miscalculated if they choose to.
