Post Am I Able to Move Out at 16 if I Have Parental Consent

My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Arkansas

If I have parental consent can I legally move out at 16? I'd be financially stable.

WITH parental consent, sure. Understanding that as long as you're still a minor in your state, parents have the ability to revoke that consent as well.
