You're a pig, and I hope that you get cancer.

As for my knowledge of the law, I've won 7 legal battles in the last 15 years, and I needed an attorney for only 1 one of them . So, my knowledge of the law is just fine, thank you.
Well, I expect you to be banned in the very near future. I could care less how many legal battles you claim to have won, on this particular topic, you are an idiot. You have provided false, imflammatory opinions that will wind up getting people killed if they actually buy what you are selling. You seriously need to stop. You should have posted on small stuff like jaywalking...

Which opinion of mine is likely to get people killed? Why don't you back up what you're saying?

Stop breaking the law and you won't NEED to be in court. Of course, those "legal battles" could be small claims matters or traffic infractions, so ...

    I don't break the law.

Let me give you a breakdown of these 7 legal battles.

    1) A former employer tried to avoid paying me over $3000 in wages. I won and got TRIPLE the amount he owed me. This is the one in which I used a lawyer.

    2) I disputed a credit-card charge from a fleabag hotel, and I won. The charge was for over $300, and I had to pay nothing.

    3) and 4) On two occasions, the IRS came after a member of my family for some back taxes. In each case, I did the research and showed that the IRS was wrong and that the family member owed NOTHING.

    5) and 6) When I was receiving unemployment insurance from a state-government agency, someone in the office raised two separate objections to my eligibility for that insurance. I appealed on both grounds, and I won. I did not lose a penny of unemployment insurance.

    7) I won a contest, and the prize that was given to me was NOT the prize that had been promised to me. An attorney for the contest organizers slipped up and made an interesting admission in an email to me, and I used that admission to procure a financial settlement.

Typical of a cop to assume that someone who is in a legal battle has broken the law.

And only legal battle #1 ended up in court.

And, typical of self-important blowhards to miss the second part of my response to include the possibility that these could have been small claims (civil) matters and not criminal. But, go right ahead and keep on spouting ... we're amused. At least until you are banned ... again.

You used a lawyer - but this is supposed to show that you have exceptional knowledge of the law? Treble damages is statutory in some states - and yet your lawyer getting that for you make YOU an expert on the law? On domestic violence law?

NONE of the issues you list have anything to do with the law addressed in this thread, and few if any of them requires any particular knowledge at all.

I recommend we quit feeding yon troll. Soon shall it be sent on it's merry way back to it's bridge when singeth the Sledgehammer O' Tender Enlightenment.
