My question involves criminal law for the state of: Washington.
I was at a sky lounge and got a glass of wine from the bar. After serving me one glass (which I had a sip from) the bartender asked for my ID and being only 18 I handed him a fake one. He nones and handed it back to me. When I went for a second class he said there's been a "small discrepancy" with my ID and he wasn't able to serve me again. As I walked out it the lounge I was stopped by airport security. The same female officer was there who had seen me previously intoxication at another restaurant on the airport and had taken away that piece of Fake ID. My ID this time was not a real person otherwise I would've gotten charged for impersonation. After discussing with the
Manager of the sky club officer Robertson informed me that they would be pressing charges, which I would receive in the mail. My question now is what am I being charged with? And what are the punishments for these offenses? I imagine it would be using false identification to obtain alcohol, and minor in possession?
