    Default Requesting Court Records

I want to write to a court in another state and request records for a civil case in that state. On their website they state that they require proof of identity, in this case, a photocopy of my driver's license to fill the request. If I send them my order is it possible that they would then do a background search on ME, to see if I have, for example, outstanding warrants, unpaid fines, unpaid judgments etc.?

    No.

They'll send you the documents as requested.
