How to Request Removal of Interlock Breathalyzer and Reinstatement of License

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Arizona

About a year ago when I was 17 I was charged and pleaded guilty to a Misdemeanor 1 Driving with Alcohol. I did not get a DUI it was the next step down? Anyways, because I was 17 the judge and DMV suspended my license for 2 years. I was allowed to have a restricted interlock license with an interlock system in my car. I've had it almost a year and I am a 3.5GPA college student with no other charges or tickets. I am also a state certified nursing assistant. I have had no fails or problems with my breathalyzer. I also had my juvenile records destroyed which included this incident. How can I request or go about seeing if a judge or the DMV will reinstate my license or take out my breathalyzer so I can get past this and move on in life. thank you

First you tell us why you're so special that, having already been cut a HUGE break, you should be allowed to "move on in life" over a year early having finished less than half of the time your license was suspended. What incentive does the state have to do so?
