Try negotiating with your landlord for more time to pay. If your cousin won't pay, your choices are (a) pay it yourself, (b) don't pay it and suffer the credit consequences, and perhaps be sued for the balance, or (c) try to recover the money from your cousin through small claims court, and hope both that you win and that your cousin pays the judgment.
He also had a ak47 gun in his room that he would play with when he was all messed up on drugs. I had to leave my appartment many times because of this as well.

Would this be something that I would want to tell my landlords as well?

So basically because of him breaking the law and making me want to move out I can get off the lease all and all and have him pay everything instead of nothing at all?

What usually happens if he has not signed the release papers for the lease agreement, basically I was the only one who signed the release papers. I really want to pay the 1104 and be done with it. Hopfully my land lords will be ok with that

thanks for the reply btw! These are stressful times.
