Ah... You weren't looking for advice, but are looking to see if you can dig yourself out of a hole. If you were staying "at home" every third day, a decent argument can be made first that it was no longer your home but was a secondary residence, and second that you were at the new residence for two days (48 hours) at a time (even if you spent time away from that residence to go to work). I think you should consult a good criminal defense lawyer.
