My question involves criminal law for the state of: CALIFORNIA

ok so my problem is i'm on Formal Probation for Possession w/intent to sell marijuana in San Bernadino county
i've been on Probation since July 2013. i was homeless/broke/and owned nothing when i started probation. in the (almost) year since i started i've moved to Orange County, completed a year in college and had an apartment.

amazingly in the last week i lost my job (due to tweeker drama my co-worker started, long story but i really didn't due anything. i've been a good worker) ran out of money, and now i can't pay rent and will have to move out.

my case is just now supposed to be transferred to Orange County but i'm really scared that it'll transfer and then i'll just go to jail. the sentence was 3 w/half so i'm almost done. plan was to coast thru till fall and use my school grant to pay off probation and get released. now i'm finding out that Orange County is Strict not to mention well funded, and all of a sudden i don't look so good. so i'm not going to go thru with the transfer, and i'm really considering jumping state right now.

i absconded once when first charged and it was a non-extradite from Las Vegas which is like 200 miles away from the jail in california where i was originally booked. but they brought me back from San Francisco to San Bernadino which is like 700 miles away from same jail. so the warrant was a Felony No-bail California in-state only warrant. i hadn't checked in with a PO at that point. would the next warrant also follow similar lines? do the PO's issue warrant conditions or do judges?

though i want to travel in my life and I've read that one can't get a passport while on probation or with a warrant. also i'm finding conflicting answers as to whether i could get a DL in any state while absconding. though most of these have been reports of people who have went years with felony warrants in other states, and now want to clear it up.

i'm almost done with it, 1 1/2 year is the basic standard but could i get it dismissed after 1 year?

don't get me wrong. i want to complete it and have it done with. but i'm not going back to jail/prison. period. i'll never willingly surrender my freedom or liberty, ever.

asking for advice on what i should do? keep in mind i'm flat broke. also would i be able to get a DL in any state? passport ever?
any advice and or tips would be appreciated.........unless it involves going to jail/prison. i didn't hurt or steal from anyone, i don't deserve a jail cell.

heck if anyone would so kind as to offer legal assitance i would gladly pay what i could out of my college grants or future paychecks(which i will have, timing is just really bad this time)
