    Default Abuse or accident?

I have 3 kids from prev. marraige 2 daughters and 1 son. My son and my middle daughter were playing and my daughter hit my son in the head with a magazine. My son comes to me to tell and I looked at his head and he had a bump and a dried blood spot. I showed my middle daughter and she said that their dad did that when my son threw a di (dice) at their dads face in playing and he got mad because he can't stand someone even touching his face (even my daughter mentioned the face fetish) and threw it back at my sons head and he was bleeding and the stepmom was telling the kids sh!!sh!! so that he wouldn't know his head was bleeding. In my eyes I can understand playing and throwing the di around but he threw it awfully hard for it to make that mark. My oldest daughter says it was a mstake and that my son turned around at the last minute when he was throwing but regardless where it hit it would of made a mark. My ex has a temper that doesn't come out often. I have had 2 incidents with him one him kicking over and breaking my dresser in anger (hard enough he broke his foot) and our last Christmas I found out he returned items of my to a lingere shop and bought something for a girl that I had a feeling he was seeing at the same time, he got so mad that his fist was in the air to hit me but I walked off. I am not sure if that was he anger that caused the throwing of the di but it was really hard. Accident or abuse???

Far as the "dice" incident no one knows for sure. But logic says it was his temper again. I would strongly suggest you look into what legal means you have to protect these children from this man. (based on your posts) He is a clear danger to them and anyone who crosses his temper!
